What Your Kids Will Be Doing

Having FUN

First and foremost your child will have fun here all summer.  We want your kids to come back every year and say that it was great fun.
By providing them with experiences that feel like fun and not work, we will be encouraging good health, teamwork, cooperation,
sharing, and good fitness habits helping them throughout life.  Parents will think this is the perfect local summer camp.

Structured Games

Kids will be grouped by grade level for organized non-competitive games of basketball, kickball, and other playground games.
Supervision and guidance will be direct and energetic.

Group FUNctional exercising

Our staff will have kids participate in FUN activities.  Your kids will not even think of it as exercise.  The goal of our program is to
encourage the kids to participate in and maintain a healthy, active lifestyle that will keep them fit without making
them dread the word “exercise”.

Total body conditioning

One goal of maintaining a healthy, active lifestyle is to achieve total body fitness including cardiovascular endurance, flexibility, and core strengthening.  Your child will be able to have fun and achieve all of these components in one action packed summer.

Nutritional Counseling

In a non-threatening, low pressure environment, kids will be encouraged to make healthy choices in what they eat and drink.
Childhood obesity is a growing epidemic, and we would like to intervene in a positive way for kids and set good examples.
We will also host “parent days” to give you an opportunity to hear what we are instructing to your kids.
